Refund and Returns Policy

Overview Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your lock must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (manuals, keys, mounting hardware).

How to Return an Item

All returns are handled in-store only. Simply bring the item along with your original receipt or proof of purchase to our store and our team will assist you.

We do not accept returns sent by post or courier — items must be returned in person.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Locks that have been installed or show signs of use
  • Items with tampered or removed serial numbers
  • Smart lock products that have been activated or paired to a device
  • Items without original packaging or missing parts

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted for:

  • Items returned with missing accessories (keys, screws, mounting plates) not due to our error
  • Items not in their original condition due to customer handling
  • Returns initiated after 30 days of purchase

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected in-store, you will be informed on the spot whether your return is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately via your original payment method — cash refunds for cash purchases, or reversal for card payments.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Bring the item in-store and our team will assess it and process an exchange for the same product.

If your smart lock has a factory defect, having a short video or photo of the issue on your phone when you visit will help speed things up.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Purchases

If a lock was purchased as a gift, the refund or store credit will be issued to the original buyer unless the gift receipt is presented at the time of return.
