Installation Policy

Installation is quoted separately based on lock type, door type, location, and the work required. Send door and lock photos on WhatsApp so we can advise before the product is installed.

What Affects Installation Cost

• Door material: steel, wood, glass, aluminum, or security door.
• Lock type: smart lock, steel door lock, cylinder, handle set, or accessory.
• Existing cutout, door thickness, frame condition, and lock body size.
• Location and installer availability.

Before Installation

Do not drill, cut, pair, or activate a smart lock until compatibility and installation requirements are confirmed. Installed or activated products may not qualify for normal return handling.

After Installation

Test all keys, cards, fingerprints, passcodes, app access, manual override, and locking direction before the installer leaves. Keep mechanical backup keys outside the locked room in a safe place.
