• Receipt or purchase details if available.
• Whether you need a spare, replacement, reprogramming, or full lock change.

Smart Lock Cards and Users

If a card is lost, remove that card or user from the lock system where the model allows it. For rentals, offices, and Airbnb units, review users regularly and delete access that is no longer needed.

Mechanical Backup Keys

Keep mechanical backup keys secure and outside the locked room. If all backup keys are lost, contact us before forcing the lock so we can advise the safest next step.
